FCBB is very fortunate to have Debbie Christman join the Charlotte office.  Debbie Christman brings over two decades of leadership, operational expertise, and unshakable energy to every project she takes on. With a career that began in the pharmaceutical industry as a scientist, Debbie quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the youngest Team Leader at OSG Norwich Pharmaceuticals. In that role, she earned a reputation as one of the company’s most effective project managers, known for her sharp attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and results-driven mindset.

Over the past 25 years, Debbie has served in a variety of high-impact roles, including Team Leader, Alternate Laboratory Supervisor, Analytical Project Manager, and Internal Auditor. Her work has taken her across the United States and internationally to New Zealand and Barcelona, where she has led training sessions, overseen complex projects, and implemented systems that delivered results. Known for her collaborative leadership style and innovative problem-solving, Debbie has consistently delivered multi-million dollar projects with precision and praise from clients and colleagues alike.

In addition to her corporate background, Debbie has over two years of experience as a small business owner. This hands-on experience gave her an even deeper appreciation for the entrepreneurial journey—its risks, rewards, and the resilience it demands. Her passion for learning and taking on new challenges, combined with her proven ability to lead, makes her a powerful advocate for both business buyers and sellers.
